These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Astro Robot Photobooths ("we", "us", "our"), including the hire and operation of robotic photo booth equipment and related services ("Services").
By booking our Services, hosting our equipment, or participating in the use of our robot photo booth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Astro Robot Photobooths provides robot photo booth hire services for events including, but not limited to, weddings, private parties, corporate events, brand activations, and public venues.

Service inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the package selected.
To make a reservation, clients must complete an online booking form or contact us directly. A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
A deposit is required to secure the booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where possible, and at our discretion, clients may request a credit or voucher for future events in place of cancellation.
Payments may be made using approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the required due date, Astro Robot Photobooths reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
If a client needs to cancel a booking, written notice must be provided.
All cancellation and refund matters are subject to our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
All participants use the robot photo booth voluntarily and at their own risk. By using the photo booth, participants consent to being photographed or recorded and confirm they have permission from all individuals in their group to participate.
Astro Robot Photobooths reserves the right to refuse service or suspend operation where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or poses a risk to equipment or individuals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Robot Photobooths is not liable for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astro Robot Photobooths, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Astro Robot Photobooths reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and the use of our Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
